This is a great recipe for any event you have coming up in June.

Slawsta

1 head of cabbage, finely grated
1 pound of rotini, cooked and drained
your favorite slaw dressing
1 cup of crushed pineapple, drained
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 cup of finely chopped pecans

Mix together until well blended. Serve on baby bibb lettuce leaves or in endive cups.

This is inexpensive and satisfies that crunch and sweet tooth need. It is refreshing and goes great with BBQ.
